What is a credit?
One round. Easy costs 1, medium 2, hard 4 — they cost us different amounts to run, so they cost you different amounts too.
Do credits roll over?
No. They reset every month. A stockpile you never spend isn't a practice habit.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. You keep access until the period you've already paid for runs out.
What happens to my voice recordings?
We don't keep them. Your voice is sent to a speech-to-text service, turned into text and discarded. Transcripts and scores stay so your history still works.
