Delete your account

You can delete your Intellege account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. Delete it yourself

Sign in, open Settings, choose "Delete your account" and type the confirmation word. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

2. Can't sign in?

Write to help@intellege.app from the email address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We complete deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.

3. Your subscription

Deleting your account also cancels any paid subscription immediately, so you won't be charged again. If the subscription can't be cancelled at that moment, the account is not deleted and you can simply try again. Unused credits and the current period are not refunded when you delete your account.

4. What is deleted

  • your profile, email address and sign-in identity;
  • your rounds, answers, transcripts, scores and feedback;
  • your recall checks, review schedule and statistics;
  • topics you created yourself;
  • your credit balance and credit history.

Topics from the shared library stay, because they don't belong to your account.

5. What is kept

  • Purchase records held by Polar, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Encrypted backups kept by our providers for a limited period, until they are overwritten.

Voice recordings are never stored, so there is nothing to delete there.
